" People Like Us "

Watching the movie , they spoke about middle class blacks . Wealthy blacks are sometimes called boughie , which is offensive to them. They believe that poor blacks believe they're like the white people when in reality , they're wealthy but still BLACK. Even with money , they will not be accepted by whites. There is a social organization called Jack and Jill which is for kids of successful parents. That organization separates blacks from other lower class blacks. It seems like the oppressed is now the oppressor against their own race.

" Some how attaining success means losing your roots "

I personal believe that everyone should try to make it to the top. Why is it that when you talk proper or act socially correct , you're now " acting white " or " talking white "? I hate hearing black people say that to other black people. Why can't black people be in the same category as educated and successful? I guess you think being more like the white people will make you acceptable. I have friends that tell me, your different from other black girls . WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? I hate stereotypes >_<

Crime

Sorry to say but it's true .
I watches an experiment where this woman was playing with this baby and all of a sudden she stopped , faced went straight and ignored the baby . Poor baby was confused and started screaming . Also we hear how babies can't survive with out the attention of someone .
I feel like that's with all aged people , we survive but we become something we shouldn't be so are we really surviving or are we just living a life of hate . With out love I mean that's all there is.

What Justice ?

I dont have anything to say about the justice system because for the past few years , things have been going sour. You would think it would have got better ( it has ) but are we back tracking ? I don't watch the news for a reason . I get too emotional and I hate the angry feeling I feel towards this country and it's justice system .
